Instructions
Mix meat and spices gently.
Form into small, thin patties.
Pan fry in a preheated frying pan (or on a griddle) over medium low heat. Cook for about 3-5 minutes per side, until browned.
Enjoy! Freeze extra in a freezer bag for quick breakfasts.

*Next time I make these I am using maple syrup!
