rice vinegar or other mild vinegar

Dijon mustard

tomatoes (or one large or about 12 grape tomatoes)

grated parmesan cheese

maple syrup. (optional)
Instructions
Blender Method
Place vinegars, mustard & salt in blender container.
Blend until combined.
Add oil slowly with blender running.
Add cored tomatoes and parmesan.
Blend until combined.
Taste and add maple syrup if desired. You add maple syrup after the blender as well.
