Cindy Sullivan is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Education Specialist who also has a Masters in Public Health in Health Behavior/Health Education and Nutrition.

Cindy’s mission is to encourage families to enjoy healthy food together. Since many families struggle with food intolerances, our special emphasis is to give food-challenged families the tools and skills to be sure every member feels good after eating. Our approach of eating mostly whole foods will benefit everyone wishing to enjoy healthier food and feel energized.

Before enrolling in any of the Food Sensitivity Kitchen courses or memberships, we recommend that you thoroughly read through these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) (found here: https://foodsensitivitykitchen.com/privacypolicy). The Terms and Policy apply to courses, membership, challenges, associated products, and anything posted on the Website (together, “Services”).

By enrolling in any of the Food Sensitivity Kitchen courses memberships, challenges, you verify that you have read these Terms, and agree to them. Your agreement signifies that you are at least 18 years old and eligible by law to enroll in these Services. You agree by using these Services that you have provided true information as requested on the registration forms.

Purchase & Use Information
The Food Sensitivity Kitchen membership (The Kitchen Table) is is a monthly or annual subscription service that provides ongoing access to recipes, modification notes, nutrition information and related information to subscribers. When you subscribe to these Services, you are committing to a monthly or annual recurring charge on your credit card to continue membership and receipt of Services. Charges are processed monthly or annually, and we are not able to offer prorated refunds at this time. Once payment has been processed for the month or year, it is non refundable. You will be billed at the rate at which you joined the membership, even when the monthly or annual rate increases in the future.

Cancelled memberships means that any future scheduled monthly or annual recurring payment will not be processed, and will never be processed unless membership is resumed. You may cancel your payment plan at any time by logging in and clicking the “Cancel Subscription” link in the “Account” area of the Website. Canceling your subscription means that your account will be closed and any future scheduled recurring payments will not be processed. You will lose access to the course material at the end of your current subscription and the amount already paid will not be refunded. If you would like to continue your payment plan in the future and regain access to the course, you can do so at the current rate.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Services, or with any of these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Services.

Each account is to be used by one person (immediate family) only. Please do not falsely create accounts for any other individuals. Do not share your account with anyone else. If you enjoy our Services, please share the Food Sensitivity Kitchen sign-up page, and encourage your friends to sign up for a membership themselves. If we find that you are in violation with these terms (to not share your login with anyone else), we will immediately terminate your membership
