Everyone has different food sensitivities.  Even if your sensitivities are different than ours, you can still use this site.  My recipes contain mostly whole foods. It is easy to swap ingredients!  

This list will just give you an idea what most of our recipes do not contain.  You will have to read labels to be sure the ingredients you choose do not contain your allergens.
